Today's production meeting was short but we caught up on a lot. Due to the weather conditions, our TX Date has been moved to the 19th April 2018. We also agreed that we need to send over the rough plan of our set layout over to set design, so that even though they get full creative control of the set, we still need that layout for what we want to do in our show.
Discussing with the group, everyone is continuing researching into their sections of the show and the next production meeting we need a full meeting where we discuss all the sections of the show, as well as VTs, Promos, Social Media, etc. Helen talked to us about the Presenter challenge VT and the Online Fails VT, she suggested that the Presenter Challenge needs to be more of a challenge, perhaps by having a tighter budget?
She also said that the Online fails will need a more documentary feel to it so maybe having an expert for the laws opinion of purchasing online as well as people talking about what can happen.
George Nichols has said that he might have found someone who is interested in coming in for an interview, a seller from the online store Etsy but he's still discussing and will get back to us.
We also spoke to the Promo Team about any ideas they currently had for either a poster or a trailer. Oliver (The Director) explained that one of his team had talked about making the trailer quite comical, since the show is aimed at E4, they want to have one of the Presenters steal an outfit from a shop, working off the same "Steal the Style.
